Noel O’Regan spent 16 years at sea, ten of which was as Chief Engineer. He holds a Class One Certificate of Competency and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He started, developed and was Managing Director of Ireland’s leading Marine Propulsion Equipment supplier and service provider before founding Promara Ltd in 2003. He is familiar with all aspects of the Irish Maritime industry.
